Siri ManjunathStaff handling the customer is very rude. Staff needs to be trained on how to handle the customers.. I was there in the Showroom for access 125 test drive.. I did not receive any instructions from the staff at the time of taking the vehicle for a test drive.. But on my return.. The staff.. Rather in a wrong tone of voice started asking where did you go for so long and also started demanding me to park the vehicle in the choice of her place.. Looking at this impolite behaviour and the attitude of the staff I had to book my vehicle in a showroom with polite n professional customer handling showroom.. Recommend a lot of improvement in case if they are genuinely interested in customers.

BS MurthyI have seen some sense of responsibility from the service manager after putting across my concerns. I got a call and feel my issue gets resolved. I will continue to writing review here. My sincere suggestion is that please hear out what we say when we give for service. I know advaith people are sensible enough seeing the other review.

Abhishek BandyopadhyayTheir service is very goods and quick. The only problem is, the place gets very busy. So, if you have to service your bike, you should go early in the morning or late in the afternoon. If you go in between, you might face a huge queue. The waiting lounge is fully equipped with A.C. TV and water. So nothing to worry. :)

kankan ghoshBought my second bike from here. Very courteous staff and the manager is extremely polite. Will help you with all questions related to your purchase of a new Suzuki bike. Also has a Service centre at the same place.

Sankesh SWorst experience..loot money from customers is their moto..price is very overcharge...the quality of service is very wrost...never givr ur bike in case of accidental damge ...for small damage they will tell u claim insurance so that they can reach their target....
