Edit 2. Updating from two stars to three as recently they have improved their behaviour and service quality. Edit 1. Staff never cared to attend customers. Unnecessary charges and service service is delayed for no reason. You have to go behind them to make sure they are working. Even after servicing issues are not solved. Not happy at all.

You have to be present there to get your vehicle correctly serviced. In your absence your vehicle engine oil, gear oils etc may be just topped up not changed completely.
