keerthi sreeTheir customer care number is switched off, very poor app. Money gets deducted from wallet but order is not complete. Trying to contact customer care but there seems to be absolutely no response. I am under loss of Rs500. !!!!

Mamta UpadhyayZero star! Apparently you have to give at least a star to get your review posted.The worst service ever. I got one blouse stitched from them. The delivery was so late that by the time it reached me I already left for my vacations. When I came back after a month I tried the garment and the fit was horrible. The measurement garment which I had given to them was of round neck and what I wanted in the new blouse was semi-collar neck. What a common-sense guys, they kept the shoulder length same as that of round neck blouse. It ruined my garment, called them they replied sorry we can not even alter (alteration is possible with in a week time) since you are late. You were late and ruined my garment. The customer representative was rude and have no common sense in understanding that they ruined it for me. This was my first and the last order.

Binu VarugheseInitially I was bit skeptical about giving stuff for stitching to UT as a pick up boy would be sent to pick the material and I was under the impression that either the tailor or the boutique owner will come to collect the materials and I can give them the specifications. However, took a leap of faith and handed it over to the pick up boy. Got a call from the boutique for specifications and happy with the final outcome. I got one kurta stitched and have given one blouse, that is yet to be delivered. Not giving 5 stars cause, there are only limited designs on the site, would have been good if there was an option to add or attach the images of designs we prefer.
