3 drivers cancelled without any reason. It does not show up , suddenly some other car no shows up. Wasted 45 minutes in the process. Becoming worse by the day.Better off taking airport taxi .

I always use Uber when travelling back to the city from airport. The folks at Uber Zone make it all the more convenient for us. Very friendly, extremely helpful and patient through the usually chaotic situations, they make our city transit hassle free. Some of them go out of their way to ensure the travellers have a peaceful commute. Some of my friends have also had extremely good experiences at the Uber zone, like how one of their staff helped locate a misplaced cellphone. I wish there were more such zones across the city.

Hi I have taken uber from Bangalore airport.when we reached our destination , driver started demanding 125 ruppee extra . When we did not get ready to pay it he threatend us and was not ending the trip as well as not giving our luggage..We tried for helpline but we were unable to connect..Uber helpline never works.Money has gone and no help for customer.. Driver just threatend us to take our luggage and nor ending the Trip.. Without ending the trip we will not receipt.he knew that... When we told him that we will complaint in customer care he simply told what they can do complaint where u want.. Driver was least bothered about uber service...He was sure nothing will happen to him...Uber is really very unsafe

Finally Bangalore Airport gets a permanent Uber Zone. There are cusomer care executives who help in getting the vehicle to the pick up point if already booked or they also help in getting the booking done on the spot..Good service Uber !!

Cheap rates but car is not cleaned i am regularly using uber but now i a using another company All time i am getting local cabs
