This was a retail loose tea stall in the street market near Russel Market, and it might be hard to find or get to without help from someone who knows the area. But they have many kinds of Indian-grown tea for very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient with our small pack of foreign tourists (of which I was one) and we walked away happy.
