Employees are always busy, they are least bothered about customers waiting for their service. Things that can be accomplished in 5 mins people here take 30-45 mins. I hate to visit this place they consume my productive time unnecessarily.

Very bad experience.staff is very rude. The always force us to go for postpaid. And answers for ur doubts rudly. Told me to wait for 5 minites to issue new sim. After 10 minutes he gave me sim. That to not activated. Changed sim again not activated.

Worst experience. I went to this service center to convert my postpaid to prepaid. Every time I visit this center, they are asking come after 4 days. When i go after 4 days, they said 4 days again. Its been third visit in last 12 days. Still my problem is not resolved.
