The only place to go for a new landline or broadband connections from BSNL. The front gate is generally closed and you have to make way by parking your vehicle outside. To get a new broadband connection, you need to go to the last office and get an application form and the plan vouchers. Before confirming the connection you have to consult the Engineer in the first floor of the first building to check for feasibility whether they already have lines in your road.
