I visited the store and they have a very good collection of kajaria and other brands as well. The service was also prompt. Within a day a technician came and did the installation.

Absolutely pathetic service. I chose International Tiles because it is closer to my house in Marathahalli. But I was met with the rudest people in business, especially the jet black mallu chap who sits in the counter. They made me and my family wait for 45 minutes even before someone decided to attend to us. Once they attended, they behaved as if we are there asking for a favour. They refused to show samples, even though what I wanted to buy goods worth Rs.25,000. Plus, not a penny of discount. They in fact laughed, when I asked for a discount. Good news is that I got the same tiles that I was looking out for at 10% discount at a neighbouring store, and excellent service. I came out of International tiles feeling like dirt. Even if I have no other choice in the world, I would never visit this place ever again.
