Pathetic Service. My trip from trivandrum to bangalore was delayed by 2 hours due to shortage of fuel. The passengers had to go through this ordeal when the fuel station was only 10min drive from the point where the mishap occured. The drivers didnt find it adequate to hire a vehicle to get a fuel refill; let alone their irresponsible behaviour due to which they werent aware of the fuel getting diminished.

This is Orange travels office in Marathallai. They have waiting area. Its a good private tour operator. Buses quality is well maintained. They provide snacks as well. Professional drivers. Good option to travel between Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai.
