I booked 2n and 3 days package and the representative Mr.Rocksun cheated me. He said he has booked a Delux rooms in Mysore and OOty and there were cheap and even 4th class people will not stay there. The bathrooms were very dirty. In Ooty Rainbow cottage where the geyser was not working. Once I complained to hotel management they simply asked me to chek out. very rude on their part. Once I called my happy jhourney and the only dialogue they said was " I understand your fristration" thats all. This means they already knew the kind of cheap service they are going to provide. Please do not opt for my happy hourney. This is not based out of frustration. This is a GENUINE FEEDBACK. I suggest all people to either go to make My trip or any other travel agency but not my happy journey. They simply take money and give a cheap service. I give zero rating to my happy hourney.

It was a beautiful experience with the package given to me. It was nice trip with all the bookings done in advance and even the Driver provided to us was a nice person. Nice experience altogether and will surely be looking forward to book all my trips through the My Happy Journey tour planner.
