Hitendra KumarThe service has gone poor in recent times, yesterday I went for my monthly shopping and found that the helper standing around the aisle are not of any help, they stand in group and chit-chat instead of offering to help customers, one old lady was searching through the products looking for the price and in doing so the product domino-ed on the shelf. The helper came shouting at her, I came up to her rescue and asked the helper to back off. There was only one person manning the counter and it was taking lot of time to process the payments. They should get more hands during month ends and weekends.
