Fraud. Kept us running pillar to post for a train ticket that they could not confirm in 3 days, and then no response when it came to refund. It actually turned out that there were several tickets available on IRCTC website on different trains, so we even got to understand about their competency. Zero commitment or ownership, and absolutely not trustworthy.
