This place is near my house in ulsoor Lake. I went there once to get bus tickets booked. I can provide a description of how the place looks but can comment only partially on their services as I am not a frequent customer. This place is a 2 story building. with a lot of people working here. Good thing is that they have categorised their booking section into air/ rail/ bus etc so you know where to go for ur work. Also good is that they are focussed people ready to help. Only -ve is that it is not so big / spacious place. You might feel suffocated specially in summers. But it shouldnt matter to us when they give due attention to your needs.
