worst insurance company, better not to have insurance instead of taking insurance from Bharti Axa. at the time of claim they are easily saying "Claim Rejected" by applying some stupid clause. wastage of money and time if you are taking insurance from here. policy bazaar will recommend you by showing the lesser premium just because of less Sum assured( car/Bike value) and good commission. employee behaviour are also very bad they are talking like a mad dog once you go to their office with claim.

One of the worst company . I have done the payment on 5 of June 2017 the expiry date was 9 of June 2107 till today i Sidney get an of the soft copy or hard copy . Never take insurance from this company it is wat of time and wast of money... it is also my personal experience . If I have seen this reviews before I would it take the policy from hear .. it is pure cheating

Really shocking to see how your agents are so unprofessional in dealing with there customers. They talk over phone once, stating all the wrong reasons rejecting a claim, and when asked for an email, they delay the response and finally respond saying it will be send over by someone else(which am still waiting for thou). i wonder while customer acquisition why do you call up everyday!!
