    I purchased the villa in 2015. Got this delivered to me in 4 months, I moved in Jan 2016. You just need to know the art of getting things done from the builder. All the legal issues are sorted out. Project got OC and I was the first one to do the registration of my Villa back in 2016 March. The property is well maintained. Only external painting is pending for the project, which will be done in next couple of months.

    These guys did not even oblige the registered agreement they sign , they had mentioned they will compensate 24 Thousand each month if they fail to delay the building, they delayed more than 3 years but never gave even a penny as compensation , there are few legal issues pending with this building and that is going on from 2007 onwards , all of us who registered the villa got a legal notice saying the case is still pending and we are not suppose to do any further transactions and modification till the case is settled, the builder cut down few things on amenities they had promised, the construction quality is very very bad seepage on most of the bathrooms and bedrooms , the fact that the project is still not ready yet many of us forced to live in such bad conditions from past 17 to 18 months with cement and sand all over the place. These guys hardly maintains the community even after they took around 2 lakhs for each customer , the land owners villas is still not complete, recently the BBMP people came and marked few points inside as its next to the lake and as per new law the building should be away by 85 mtrs from the lake in future this might have some impact. The builder is never available to take customers calls. They have started a apartment near whitefeild named nakshatra nestilo they are busy with that project.

    Would give zero rating , frustrated having purchased this villa. lots of issues from the beginning till date and its not getting over anytime soon.
