    Its been a fantastic experience to get our Canada PR visa processed from V&P. They explained everything properly and guided us very well throughout the process. From the beginning of our process, we were told what to do and what not to do, documentation and papers needed were informed well in advance. Nitu was our adviser and she was very patient all the time. I was initially going with y-axis but one of my very good friends went via V&P and got their PR and I went with them too. Thank you V&P!!     We were recommended Visas and Permits by a relative who had first solicited their services a couple of years ago. Overall our experience has been very smooth. Our consultant, Nitu Choudhury, who was handling our case was extremely patient and understanding and very involved in the entire process. We were able to discuss our reservations and apprehensions with her without difficulty and she has gone out of her way to make us comfortable enough to believe in the process and boosted our morale. That being said, we would like to suggest one area of improvement for the organization. The stringent policies limit the accessibility we have to our application and perhaps they can consider making them slightly lenient :) We would like to thank Nitu and Visas and Permits for their counsel, services and support. Already recommended to a few friends who are considering applying for PRs!

    My Australian PR case was quite complicated to begin with and over time, the complexities multiplied with changes and tweaks in immigration rules and my changing jobs. I believe that if it was not for V&P and their due diligence, I would not have an Australian PR today, and quite possibly would have been a few hundred thousand poorer. My quest for a PR started almost 4 years ago and due to several unfortunate scenarios, I had to wait to accumulate enough points to be invited to apply. In hindsight, I made a good decision to pick V&P, as they supported and advised me on the right approach and were engaged throughout. Although during this time my case adviser changed more than once, the transition was always smooth and quick with no slips in-between. There were several crucial moments during this time that V&P advised me on what I should do next and also encouraged and motivated me to stay the course (I literally gave up hope last year!). Even after my successful visa grant, V&P have stayed in touch to understand my travel and career plans and also provided valuable advice – that came as a pleasant surprise to me. It is hard for me to imagine any other immigration service provider to be committed with a client for so long and be as enthusiastic as on day 1.
