Worst ever service. they take customer for granted. Customer care is like a funny phone call to them, They lie and they dont even have courtesy to accept the lie, its working for them. beware new buyers . they dont care about anything. nothing is prompt.. i wont give them a 1 star coz their service is that bad. Previously i gave them 2 now i take back that too. i also very much regret to have recommend MSB Broadband to my friends. coz they have delivered even more horrible service to them and i bare and listen to their feed back for my recommendation to subscribe to this worst Isp. Never fall for and buy their offerings. they will never deliver what you expect. just will take you for granted.

Dont know how to talk with customers. Worst customer care. Msb pls provide email address instead of phone no. if u dont pick it up. Useless broadband provider. Wish i could rate zero

Pathetic service. I been out side of the office no one cares ,none of them responding. All of them are busy with there personal work ( Talking on office phone). Third class service. i could have given zero stars.
