It is really a petty that a dealer for the reputed company like Hyundai is not able to attend the customers problems.in spite of repeated complaint to make necessary correction in my RC Book (KA32N9762). initial customer care inform me that within 3days issue will be solved and send the RC Book to me but although even after 11day they did not do so and could not give me a proper reply. with out RC Book i am not able take out the vehicle on the road and lying vehicle in my house. while talking i told show room people to connect me to the GM but even that also they did not do this is the service a customer is getting from a showroom
