Nice nursing service, experienced doctors and facility. Lift service could have been better.

I am just sharing my experience in KMC. I got an appointment at 12.15. As I was coming from 200 KMs away and train was late, I contacted them at 12.15 and told that I will be late by 30 minutes. They told that the doctor will be there upto 2 pm. When I reached at 12.40, I was informed that the doctor has no appointment that day and advised to meet some other doctor. Staff at the counter behaved as if they were providing service at free of cost.

Worst experience felt at this hospital. For cought doc told to steam in. Sister s came, in a cold water telling to steam. I asked no steam is coming.. Again they areaurguing that its very hot. So feary i wipped water. But it was fully cold. How steam may come... Very worst staff. In this hospital.
