The service team here is customer friendly and they take your complaints seriously and they are CUSTOMER ORIENTED. here the Staffs are very friendly and supportive. They give solutions immediately and are helpful. The best part is they are open from morning 7 till night 9 and we can drop and pick the vehicle anytime. Velankanni VillaPethtic service...it was good 2 years back. Now if we give for one problem they will create other problem and change part and they will charge and give. But when we tell same problem persist that time they tell part stock is not available. Then when there no part stock , why they are charging so much. After taking home vehicle is worser than first. I dont no they are replacing original parts or local parts. Or else train your technician properly.so that he can find out fault easily without replacing all parts.
