Had been for pre paid conversation for data card... ! 2 people sit in this outlet.. they were not ready to speak with customer care person they were telling.. Currently no conversions can talk to customer care and cancel it.. when spoke to CC team.. they said it is applicable .. not officially announced of not to take conversions... these 2 people were rude and not ready to talk even to CC person when he been put on speaker.... !!!

ideally a good customer service centre with post paid bill payment, prepaid recharge, sales of data cards, handsets, etc. Now that the MTS (CDMA) business has diminished in India, hardware sales has been discontinued.
