Staff are very insensitive towards patients. No proper arrangements for patients.

Was referred for a pelvis scan. Though I had inquired about the timing and reached as advised by them, I was made to wait for more than an hour before the person responsible for the scan finally arrived. Not even an apology for keeping customers (patients) waiting.... A few like me were on empty stomachs. This is not acceptable, especially when we are paying for it. I hope the authorities responsible will take note of it.
