Phaneesh HgThey not even deserve for single star. I have booked alto k10 on 8/11/2016,dealer promised me to give the vehicle on before 25/11/2016. after i paid 1.5 lakh down payment they extended that delivery date to end of November. even i paid loan amount on 27/11/2016. they extend the delivery date to December 1st week,still i didnt get the car as on 6/11/2016. They are reasoning that Maruti is delaying the deliveries. It is pathetic that i have still not received my car but i am about pay my EMI for the month of December. Not only this is shameful experience for customer like me to fall behind to get my car on date but also very bitter experience with sales department where they are not even bothered about the feedback which i have given verbally over phone but also insisting me write to maruti udyog pvt limited to help them speed up the deliveries. Verbally they commit to give few accessories before booking ,and after paying amount they wont give anything ,and there tone of talking to customer will become harsh .

Deepak M BOne of the worst place to buy Maruti Car. They have "0" customer satisfaction regards to complaint. Keep this showroom as last option and think 100 times before u buy here...
