Suman PrasadBeen there with family, used services. Everything was fine. I do not know some people have left negative feedback. Location is good as well. Big rooms, swimming pool. Breakfast beffet was fine. Any service from hotel staff (if asked) it was on time. Overall good experience. Recommended

Rafath BanuLocated in a key area, it is easy to locate. Just 5 KM from the railway station and beach. The boats are located just outside the hotel gate if you want to explore the backwaters. Beautiful ambience. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff is courteous and prompt. I was a bit sceptical about the staff after reading some of the reviews. Fortunately, they were really good. Breakfast is buffet with a good spread. Swimming pool is very clean and the staff there ensures to keep it clean. A la carte for lunch and dinner is a bit expensive. However there are a few restaurant options outside of this hotel which one may want to try and not too heavy on the pocket. This is a child friendly hotel. It is indeed a value for money given the location, ambience and staff.

Manoj UtikarVery specious rooms. Has swimming pool facility. Near to backwater jetty. Avarage food quality and variety. Hotel looks very beautiful from outside. Rooms are clean and tidy.
