It is a good apartment but very badly maintained. There are high tech features like biometric security and intercom facility with live camera but basic amenities are not taken care of. We have regular water and electricity issues and the management are pretty lazy to sort out any except for if we have a guest over. The rent is pretty high compared to nearby apartments considering there is no other facilities like swimming pool or gym.
