Recently I attended a marriage reception in your place. When someone comes to Bolgatty Palace, he has some kind of an expectation about things he is going to witness there. I must say that I was very much disappointed. The function was poorly organised. The food was sub-standard. When you rent out your facility for any function, you must not be bothered only about their payment part .A minimum standard must be kept to be in line with the status of Bolgatty. You must screen the catering services that are brought in by the customers. Ultimately , whatever happens, the name that is going to get spoiled is only yours. I think you need to seriously look into this fact. Regards,

A quiet vast place ideal for hosting big functions. Rest rooms are not good enough. Lot of parking space .
