A fairly large open air swimming pool over looked by guest house occupants. STP, 500 kva generator, two lifts etc are provided. Common facilities provided roof top. Structures strong. Well planned. But, poorly executed works. Poor management, maintenance and servicing. Builder, SHWAS Homes, reluctant to hand over ownership and management to owners associations. Management and maintenance of Towers two and three taken over by respective associations. Common areas not fully handed over to owners associations by the builder. Every thing could be set right with the joint efforts of owners associations. Co-operation shall be the solution for every thing. Swimming pool could be covered and used.
