I went to this library on 17 August 2016. Thoughts the staff is good but the condition of the library is pathetic. Situated at the corner of a main road in kochi, u will inhale lots of petroleum fumes of vehicle passing through that road with a hour time. You can sit only for 10 to 20 min. Your evening will be welcomed by mosquitos. Open only for three to four hour in a day. On Sunday they open it in morning hours.
