My 3 month Old CLA got some complaint with the AC. Poor customer support from the service desk. They promise a replacement vehicle at the time of sale but was only kind enough to offer a taxi booking in reality. Monopoly always ruins the market. More dealers needed in cochin so that dealers compete to serve the customers better. Proud to own a Mercedes but disappointed with the dealer.
