For almost one month approached bismi for service of gas stove (Dios). And no one came for service or enquire about the problem. As gas stove is an important daily appliance, I rate bismi service very low.

Bought a Dios 3 burner HOB from the shop 2 years back. Have complaint for the main burner, when contacted they are saying it need to be shipped from indonasia and need to wait till the next container comes. Poor service.
