In my opinion it is the one and only real teaching place..the most senior MASTER SURAN who got 7th DAN KARATE japan authorised and sholin kungfu 8th DAN BLACK BELT and TAEKWONDO 4th Dan kukkiwon south korea , who is the senior most master(world shotokan karate do federation japan) ...both for men and women..the best self defence and kickboxing classes in kochi..kerala...all the best and experiance the best....special trainings for meditation and yoga therapy ,indian yoga with power yoga of china style too....
