Idea Irony!!! I had taken a duplicate SIM yesterday and it got activated 2:45PM same day(16.08.2017). Till now, I am not able to receive SMSs....!!!but I can send SMSs....This I have noticed while trying for an OTP. According to Idea customer care guys...this will be done only after 24 working hrs and as per their records...I can receive SMSs by day after tomorrow (19.08.2017) 11AM. What an a**h*** service....Idea guys says this is as per some goverment rule and same cretiria applicable for all operators. Has anyone have any idea about this rule???
