Good Railway station. A major railway station in Kerala. Poor connectivity as station is a bit away from the bus stop. Bus only enters the station during morning (before 6 am)

The kudumbasree waiting hall (platform 1)is the best. For 20rs per hour you get world class services with luxurious ac halls with well maintained washrooms, magazines, couches and a mini library. Outstanding work.
