I had purchased New Ford Figo from Kannur showroom in Oct-15. Before first service, one of the two fog lamps (remember that showroom guys insists on fixing the fog lamps from showroom itself citing claim, insurance blah blah) was not working. I changed it and again last week, same issue resurfaced. The service centre guys are well mannered and customer-friendly, but that is not serving the purpose here!
