I think this place refers more to the KSRTC Bus Station nearby the Ernakulum Boat Jetty. There are many pools of water in an uneven parking lots when it rains. Many stalls around here.

Very near to boat jetty. There will be bus from here even at late night. I think there is no passenger waiting facilities available
