Sreeja RatheeshAttention all.....country club members and country club head ....country club is nice i was a staff of country club rock springs narajackal for last 4 months .now I"M no more in country club,during my stay in country club as front office.Iwas ashamed to answer to all club members who has been to the resort .IT"s just because of the GM [vinay suresh} and his chella.because he his an employee of country club but known as the owner of country club.he and his lobbyso called admin of country club are his own recruittes for his personnel gain ,here at countryclub narackal other than club members the room are booked for drug addicts,allochical and for womanising his own admin will look after.that no wifi is providedto the guest because he{vinay suresh}owns a cab service {go kerala cabs} the staff hired by country club are real care taker for his taxi service and they are utilised by him for his personnel gain.members sent out by him have gone without payement .unhygenie condition prevails here .health people are tipped for it.even law makers are also given bribe for his bad deeds.ITS a request from my side since I"ve been with country club rock springs for last 4 month conisder the guest request and as for employee for the well being of country club these type characters are to be eliminated and Heads look into the matter before matter goes bad to worse

R MVery disappointed, this was supposed to be a nice water front holiday but turned out to be a nightmare. There is no maintenance of the property, termites everywhere, furnishing tattered and torn, furniture very old and not maintained. Food was pathetic and exorbitantly charged. There was water problem, I spent most of my time calling reception to get water started but very poor response, water supplied was yellow in color, not sure if it was sourced directly from the lake. We also had a tough time reaching the property as it us on vypin island, the staff at reception was not very helpful giving directions. The property is located next to lake but very bad experience. Please avoid.

AKSHAY SEHGALA perfect place for a holiday, got to see Emu and Turkey. Playing facilities like basketball, table tennis, badminton also there. Rooms are pretty nice and food taste good but a bit costly AND Bathing Water is salty
