Vincent RaikhelThe rooms were clean, the air conditioning was cool and the atmosphere was friendly. Prem and his family do a wonderful job of making travelers feel at home in Kochi. Not only is the homestay a pleasant and safe place to stay, but they offer tremendous help in organizing and suggesting ways to explore Kerala. The homestay is around the corner from the Kerala Kathakali Centre that offers daily performances or traditional south Indian dance and theater.

Cody GibsonClean rooms with bug nets, communal area with 2 hammocks and a few tables to chill out. Staff is very helpful. They arranged an all day canoe trip in the back waters for 1000 RS (during high season), so we were able to go exploring our 1st morning after arriving in the evening.

TeoPrem and his daughter come off as all smiles, then the bill arrives with 1000 rupees for one load of laundry and they refuse to let a fourth person stay in the 4 person room for the final night of the booking... the room was full of mosquitos... look elsewhere for better options
