The staff at office are helpful. But I opted for daylong village tour from 8 am to 6.30 pm. But the boat ride they said will be around 6 hours but actually it is about 3 hours. The driver of bus and the boat manager at Alleppy were rude and not at all helpful. The tour was supposed to end at 6.30 pm but we returned by 5 pm. This was not expected from a government concern. They are duping tourists
