Its nearing christmas and perfect time for some turkey. Its a very decently managed breeding center, given the fact that its run by state government animal husbandry department and not a private business. Used to be a frequent visitor while my Aunt was the vet in charge. Love those birds, though stinky. The meat is cooked boneless and that lends a special appeal for me
