Its particularly crowded as both commercial and private owned UVs are attended to at the same work bay. Its a huge facility by any measure, but still cant support all the vehicles within standards set by Mahindra. Incomplete work, mix ups are common here. The recent change to have seperate workflow for commercial UVs have helped in more attention to private owned top models and proved PDI for new cars. Like at any industry or business, ones soft skills does apply. Building a good relation with the service engineers and crew cuts out worries of missed jobs and errors due to workload. I would have given it 5, if they managed to increase the infrastructure or limit the number of vehicles serviced each day, thus letting the crew have a more relaxed schedule and that enables finding trouble spots easy. A personal experience Accident claim and related work is often said as pathetic. But my experienxe has been entirely different. With a huge task of rebuilting a sensor rich scorp automatic 4×4 including a brand new chassis did take time. Most of the delays were due to unavailability of parts n chassis at Mahindra logistics hub and later insurance paperwork. Yet, the team involved in insurance cases, especially Mr. Vinod has been helpfull beyond their call of duty n commitment. Infact, this dealer service center deserves a better image among general public. The willingness of the dealership to order and do a total work of 5.5 lakh without waiting for interim payments or even patiently waiting for Insurance company to pay their due is notworthy. Not many dealers will let such an amount of money tied up for long. Thankyou TVS n Mahindra, especially Vinod of TVS and Meetu Raj of Mahindra for making it a sweet experience unlike the accident.
