Aparna SasidharanVery poor. Employees could never trust the management. Am an employee there. Very bad work culture. First they terminated me without a letter, then when questioned, they sent a warning letter and understanding they may terminate me if I have no attendance, I punched and entered the company. But they reacted by calling the Police. But Police said they cannot interfere in this. So I again sat in my place. They have already removed my computer and split my team. After that time, they gave me a suspension letter with pending inquiry. Now am moving legally to get justice. . You may be fired any time illegally without any reason. The management may even spread fake news about employees if they react against the injustice of the company. So please think thrice before joining such a company. Clients.. you too please ensure the quality of software. The performance is based on time. The one who does faster wins. Please ensure the quality and security is not lost when someone completes the software faster. I even wonder why they are not showing any black people in any of their advertisements despite the fact that the company is Indian. Yes, from my past experiences, they are partial based on race
