It was of course a bad experience to go to platino classic but last time when i went there i realised that the company had taken customers feed back effectively and they have changed many staffs. But still the feel of luxury is not with their services. Hope they will do much better.

worst service experience ever. never go to these people. cheating in every way possible. when you give your car for service, they empty the engine oil to min, so that the car comes for next service early enough , my car stopped just 600 km after the service n had to take a taxi..it is horrible to have bmw to give license to these company... never again to paltino classic.
