Suresh CharothOne of my family friend had gone to this hospital for a general health check up on a package. They were very disappointed with the service and care provided for them. No proper coordination among the departments, lack of communication, Calls are not properly answered, No guidance provided to the patients who come for health check up, Doctors are not maintaining fixed timings hence they had to wait and wait for their turn, inefficient staff they dont have any idea to handle/assist the patients. Capacity of the lift is only 4 at a time. They had to walk up and down to find the designated departments located in different blocks. When they had complained, someone from the reception had told them that you are on a lesser package so you have to wait..one test gone pending due to non coordination and lack of time management as a result they had to go again to complete the test. Not recommended for those who come from far. Otherwise they were happy with the tests.
