Door knob not working. One light in room not working. Light in washroom not working, condition of the washroom is also very bad. TV is too old and sound is distorted. Pillows are very bad and covers dirty. Water was not provided in the room, and no phone in the room to call room service. Very bad, disappointing experience. Being modest and not giving Zero Stars!!!!!

Good location. Good staff. very close to city. All facilities available. They have a good bar. Food is really good. The best hotel to stay in calicut. Staff is very cordial and helpful.Not getting any more words ...
