Happened to be here to attend a wedding reception .. checked reviews online and made bookings for a couple of days stay over; however the experience felt has not been so great there is this unpleasant odour emitting out of the room floor carpet as the floor is completely covered with a carpet. Made few phone calls to the hotel receptionist to attend to our concern and deodorise and looked like there were least bothered. Some one just came sprayed room freshener and still made no difference. Hotel management should really take this feedback positively and fix it asap.
