Suresh PadmanabhanThis toll plaza should be demolished at the earliest. There is no point in collecting this much a huge amount as toll on national highways like these. As a law abiding citizen of India, I say, The Authorities should provide good quality roads for transportation with international safety standards, strict and proper implementation of traffic rules, support and comfort for travellers, safer footpaths and hygienic conditions, public awareness etc before setting up toll plazas. Otherwise, toll plazas like these collecting money are a clear case of high-way robbery and that too from the side of Government itself towards people of India. Thousands of people are sacrificing their lives every year on road accidents in India and the statistics are highest comparing among the world averages. Lack of proper enforcement and timely amendment of laws are the main reason. The law clearly says that if five or more vehicles are in queue waiting for crossing the toll plaza, the process of holding and collecting toll from the vehicles should be stopped immediately and the gates should be opened for vehicles to pass on without creating any traffic jams and also not delaying emergency vehicles like ambulances, fire and rescue vehicles, medicare and hospital emergencies, etc. This has never been happened here unless if any protests have been raised from the public and that too very rarely. And the funniest part is that, There will be always a bay opened from both sides each and not are available to use for normal vehicles. They will be only opened if any VIP vehicles approach the toll plaza and pass on in high speeds. This is modern India. All happens with the tax payers money. Shame for the country.

Syam MohanBy comments most of the low rating attributes to the pain of shelling out money. But the fact is the staff here is not so efficient it fast as we see in other NHAI toll plaza. The rule says that if the queue is larger than 6 cars the toll should not be closed. Food luck getting that

Dileep CherianWorst behaviour from the staff, even though the vehicle queue is longer they will not take any action to clear the queue... This may not be a problem with the staff, could be definitely with the management...
