Totally inexperienced and rude front desk. The first question she asked me was my age and she said that she has to confirm with her superiors whether I fit in age criteria. She behaved as if she is doing a favor to me. Is she had done that abroad I would have sued her. Edwise please hire some knowledgeable people at least in your front desk.
