    This hospital is a boon to palakkad because often ent emergencies are refered to either thrisur or coimbatore . Doctors are very friendly and kind and explain everything in detailed manner . Staff behaviour is also very good . Great quality service in affordable budget. Highly recommended

    Best ENT doctors available in the district with all modern facilities.Giving Good treatment, No unnecessary tests, Doctors are explaining everything.There is little bit delay for some test but it is adjustable because we are getting good treatment. good and well maintained atmosphere with good interior

    Nice hospital, good doctors, and moderate fee but need more chairs for OP patients and people who accompany them. Need more parking space too.

    Worst experience. By means of service. The flow of service is very bad. My token number was 4 and they made me wait for 3 hrs even after token 40. Front office staff behaviour is worst. They will argue with you when u ask about this. Best part is I got my money back when i complained. I went to other hospital. "Customer is the king" this is not the case in this hospital here it is "Customer is a victim"
