Absolutely loved the place n beautiful view the host is helpful and sweet. place is very reasonable as well however I would suggest directly go there and get the room instead of online.they have an auto guy called vinod extremely sweet and helpful.i would recommend the place.stayed for a few nights will definitely coming again.

Charming hotel slept overnight there nice and comfortable room and .bathroom it comes out good.The view from the balcony facing to the nature reserve there is very beautiful. The alatamcom is very nice woman who helped everything I asked for..

The Konark Handicraft shop has beautiful indian handicraft, lot of wooden ones. We stayed in the Konark Homestay, which is a wonderful place to relax. The rooms are simple, with new, good mattresses and very clean. The back veranda gives an awesome view over a little jungle park with lots of birds and animals. The owners, Rani and Ramkrishna are heartily hosting and have open ears for the needs of their guests. If you need some bookings they help you in all. I can sincerely recommend this place.

KONARK HANDICRAFTS AND HOMESTAY (at Lake Road also named as Kumily-Thekkady Road, Thekkady, Kerala, India) is at awesome Location (EXACTLY OPPOSITE TOUROMARK JUNGLE TOURS) and KONARK HOMESTAY has AFFORDABLE PRICED CLEAN WELL-FURNISHED ROOMS for Lodging that give natural views of wildlife { I and my wife lived on TopLevel/2ndFloor } and had great jungle/forest and hill landscape from the back veranda facing SouthWest and we spotted Sambar Deer, Great Indian Elephant, Wild Boar/Swine (Eurasian Wild Pig), Bulbul, Junglefowl, Mongoose, and Gaur (Indian Bison) which looks like a BlackBigWildCow/Bull/Buffalo and other guests saw many Bird species and many more animals like Jackal etc. KONARK HOMESTAY is Located about 100 meters before Entrance Gate of PERIYAR TIGER AND ELEPHANT RESERVE (PERIYAR NATIONAL PARK AND WILDLIFE SANCTUARY). The KONARK HANDICRAFTS AND HOMESTAY is Situated exactly 1.2 km from Kumily Bus Stand (this BusStand is opposite Kumily PostOffice). Google Maps must correct the exact location of KONARK HANDICRAFTS AND HOMESTAY as given by me. The Owner Mr.RamaKrishana , his wife Ms.Rani and her brother Mr.Raj were perfect caretakers of us as their Guests.
