Dr Thasneem.S, Thank you for the review ,It is quite disheartening to see such a review even though our doctors who met the patient on 23rd Feb had clearly explained the treatment protocols.At our center the doctor explains the medicines first to the patient following which the staff nurse hands over the prescription (after Ultra sound scan).The mode of treatment is discussed with the patient, which was the the case with your patient. We also make it clear to the patient, in case they have to wait,IF the particular doctor is held up in procedure.All the patients who take an appointment to meet our consultant doctors are shown to the specific doctor. All this was clearly explained to you madam(bystander) and your patient on 23rd February and you have taken a followup appointment to meet our senior specialist on 28th February. We regret to see the usage of social media to promote bad publicity about our hospital despite us explaining everything clearly to you. Our patients are very dear to us ,we hope that we have explained ourselves adequately to you in this matter and we look forward to serving you at KJK Hospital at your next visit.
